Dedicated Teams Begin the Journey

Shaman launched in 2014 with a vision to change the way clients engaged with interactive iPad presentations. WLTech.AI (WebLab Technology) immediately formed a dedicated team to develop the app, partnering with a Dubai-based agency linked to Emaar. This collaboration set the stage for Shaman's future as a flexible and expandable platform.

Building the Foundation

WLTech.AI's team laid the backend infrastructure for Shaman's presentation tool, targeting financial and pharmaceutical clients in the Netherlands. The platform was designed to be flexible so it could adapt as the company grew.

Scaling and Cloud MigrationIn

In 2016, WLTech.AI (WebLab Technology) moved Shaman's platform to AWS, which brought in a three-layer architecture for better reliability. These improvements made it super popular with clients in banking and pharmaceuticals, and really helped to cement Shaman as a key digital presentation tool.

Global Expansion

WLTech.AI (WebLab Technology) helped Shaman scale beyond Europe, reaching clients across North America, Asia, and Australia. The platform’s growing reputation attracted new industries, and integration with Veeva Systems strengthened its position in the pharmaceutical sector.

During the pandemic, WLTech.AI helped Shaman grow really fast by increasing their operations. Cloud infrastructure was optimized to meet increasing demand, improving performance, and consistency. These improvements allowed Shaman to continue expanding despite global challenges.

AI Integration

With 20 engineers on board, WLTech.AI (WebLab Technology) integrated AI solutions to strengthen Shaman’s platform. New features like the Email Template and Translation Modules made international communication easier and improved how users worked.

Scaling AI for a Global CLM Platform

Today, a dedicated team of 40 engineers from WLTech.AI (WebLab Technology) is working to expand AI solutions within Shaman. The platform has become a global AI-powered CLM tool, serving clients across Europe, Asia, USA, and Australia.

WLTech.AI (WebLab Technology) transformed Shaman into a scalable, cloud-based platform, moving it to AWS to support fast growth. Working with Veeva Systems and Salesforce introduced some great new features, making workflows easier and helping us scale up. These integrations were really important in helping Shaman grow during the pandemic, giving our teams more capacity and helping our business perform better.
By integrating AWS, we were able to cut operational costs and speed up processing. On top of that, the Salesforce integration made it easier for us to manage customer data, which helped our team to provide personalized services more quickly.
